Return Policy

  • You may return your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Returns made after 48 hours will unfortunately not be accepted.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
  • Please note that delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your product size within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to decline exchanges or returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
